Office and Administrative Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales center. Manage inventory, office technology and communications.
Schedule appointments, manage sales manager’s calendar, and support the sales manager in all administrative functions.
Respond to all e-mail and webmail inquiries, compile and maintain all daily and weekly reports.
Sales and Marketing
Coordinate and plan promotional events and other special projects, coordinate mailings and the distribution of promotional materials as needed.
Assist in the sales process; follow-up on all sales leads, and serious home buyers.
Research
Perform requisite research and analysis on real estate related data, e.g. sales & rental data, financial data and market feasibility.
Must be an independent thinker, self-started and be able to work with minimal supervision.
Must have demonstrated office management/administrative skills.
The candidate must have excellent communication and relationship management skills and enjoy working with the public
Must also be extremely detail oriented and be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multi-task.
Familiarity with marketing databases, database management a plus
Experience with proposal writing and business development preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required
Degree in Real Estate or Business (marketing) Finance preferred.
This position requires a New York State Real Estate License.
