Managing Director - Rental Office


Citi-Habitats, a major rental firm, seeks a Managing Director for one if its Manhattan offices.  Tasks include managing a team of 50 agents, recruiting and hiring new agents, and taking overall responsibility for the office.  Requires one year rental experience, plus one year managerial experience in the residential market.  Successful candidate will have experience working with landlords and managing agents.  Must be a leader with solid knowledge of the Manhattan rental market.
