I believe that market conditions and the size of a brokerage are not relevant when it comes to representation. If a Realtor gets a listing, that listing should be marketed in concert with the direct needs of that Seller Client. Conversely, a Buyer Client should be represented in a fashion where that Buyer Client's best interests are always in the forefront.
