Williamsburg development site sells for $22M
North 3rd Street site
Developer Quadriad Realty Partners has purchased a 42,000-square-foot development site in Williamsburg for $22 million. Wydra Enterprises sold the parcel, which runs along North 3rd Street and includes the addresses 201 Berry Street and 248 Bedford Avenue. Quadriad Realty plans a development that will include 82,000 square feet of residential space, retail and underground parking. Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates represented both the buyer and seller. TRD
