Piano OK with Times alterations



New York Times building

Architect Renzo Piano, who designed the New York Times building, said he supports the alterations to the facade to prevent people from climbing it. Alterations so far include removing the rods closest to the base of the building and replacing them with glass panels, but all the changes have not been finalized yet.

This is my favorite building in all of NY, don't touch it, let them climb it, it just adds to the allure.
