Hello. I am a prospective investor in a 1 or 2 BR condo in the building in near the Crystal Point tower.
I am ready to purchase but depending on the pricing of your units I may hold off my purchase until your building is available. What is the approximate per square foot price of your building for north west or north east corner, lower floor units? Your quick response would be greatly appreciated. Pls call my cell phone 201-400-4911. Yuji Sugimoto

Before you purchase any water front property please note that owners of piers and land right next to the water may build in the future. The building/s may rise up to 50 floors and block your views. The sales people's statement promote water views and NYC views, but never states permanent water or NYC views. The city will not give you this information either because they want the highest prices so that their tax revenue will be outlandish. Unless the developer produces in writing a statement stating that a permanent injunction against building that block your view exists, your views are temporary. The sales people often spend sleepless nights knowing that they are not being honest. However, the honest ones do not survive in the business.
