Investor buys three upstate shopping centers



International investor Erez Capital Fund bought three shopping centers in upstate New York from WP Realty for $30.5 million. Erez purchased the Irondequoit Plaza in Irondequoit, N.Y.; St. Lawrence Plaza in Massena, N.Y.; and Saranac Lake Shopping Center in Saranac Lake, N.Y. The buildings total 450,485 square feet, and include retailers like BJ's Wholesale Club, Office Max, Grand Union, Big Lots and others. TRD
