Hedge-funders trying to sell Orient-Express Hotels

21 Club

Hedge funds CR Intrinsic and D.E. Shaw, which own 14.3 percent of Orient-Express Hotels shares, have called for a special meeting so shareholders can vote to end the company's dual-class ownership structure, with the hope of putting it up for sale. Orient-Express Hotels owns the 21 Club and Cipriani in Venice.
