Daily Show actors buy condo at Avery

Samantha Bee and Jason Jones, married Daily Show correspondents, paid $835,000 for a condominium in the Avery, a new building at 100 Riverside Boulevard on the Upper West Side, according to city records posted today.
They purchased their unit from the building's developer Extell Development Co. on Feb. 28. A spokeswoman for Extell said the 32-story building was 90 percent sold.
The couple is moving from 535 West 23rd Street in Chelsea and are expecting their second child soon.
The two actors are both originally from Canada.

What does $835K buy you at the Avery these days--surely nothing big enough for a family with two kids?!

This is a small one bedroom, not suitable for a family with two kids. Maybe they are buying it for a nanny.
