I have worked for CORE Group Marketing and all I can say is it by far the best most innovative company in Manhattan, and working there is a pleasure. I have never worked with such an honest group of individuals, and Mr. B's claims are ridiculous and unfounded.

If it's true that the Cayres do indeed own Core then I would think they would have better adviors. As someone who has worked in PR for over 31 years in NYC I can certainly say from a vast amount of firsthand experience that if they had a PR person or a good attorney working for them they would have advised them long ago to be done with this. The bad PR will cost them millions or tens of millions in business/potential future business with detrimental effects to their reputations. It could all be settled (and should have been settled) for a few million. My husband worked for Seyfarth, Cayres attorneys on this matter.
Sometimes the lesser of 2 evils (settling) is the best way to go rather than being indignant about one's position.

Someone I know works at core and said shaun was screwing one of his agents (no, not Mr. Eklund) and even took her on a "business trip" and that most brokers who work there heard or knew about it. If anyone cares I modelled with Joseph in Milan years ago. He did all the major shows for 2 seasons in a row. I have worked with Mr. Osher since he started Core. All I can say is that he is a great person. Everyone loves to be around him. He has great energy. And out of the 20 years I've worked with other companies, Shaun has proven to be wonderful, loyal and fair to "everyone". I work at BHS and the word from the 1 Madison sales office is that there was confusion about who the "real" agent was for the $31M sale. Sounds fishy to me.

Your statements are blatant lies. I am disheartened that anyone would stoop so low to write such damaging things. I will testify in any court of law that joseph is not only an excellent agent with a great sense of ethics but that he is kind and generous in all his business dealings.
