M. Steven Ells, founder, chairman and CEO of Chipotle Mexican Grill, has purchased a condo at 147 Waverly Place for $5.65 million, according to city records. The 12-story former commercial loft near Christopher Park and Sheridan Square was converted into 18 condos, which began selling in 2006. TRD
