Broadway Partners in bind
Real estate investor Broadway Partners is apparently upside down on its combined $1.1 billion in mortgages on the trophy John Hancock Tower in Boston, which is valued at $1 billion according to the Boston Globe. The firm's $13 billion in building purchases between 2002 and 2007 included 237 Park Avenue, 100 Wall Street and 450 West 33rd Street.
