Another 15CPW condo sells for $20M

The third $20 million-plus sale in a week has closed at 15 Central Park West, according to city records posted today. The buyer of the $21.4 million condo was listed as Herbert Resnik. The four-bedroom unit went into contract January 2007, and closed April 23. The 15th floor apartment is 4,151 square feet, and faces out on the east, south and west. On Tuesday, a penthouse closed for $22.05 million, while on Monday, the neighboring penthouse closed for $21.5 million.
